Susi Grootes-Singenberger // Owner / Manager

After dedicating 25 years to raising three children, all of whom have either graduated from University or are still pursuing their studies, Susi made a commitment to establish her own home cleaning business. 

Her Swiss roots and background provided her with tremendous organizational and cleaning skills, which she had previously applied to her own home. As her children have left home she is ready to take on a new challenge. You will find Susi to be trustworthy, friendly, punctual and above all competent.

Susi has Swiss and Canadian citizenship. She highly values her reputation within the North Shore community and the many other relationships she has built with her friends and valued customers. 

Beyond English, Susi has acquired many language skills such as fluency in Swiss-German, German, Italian, Dutch and French. This makes it easy for her to communicate with anyone in the language they feel most comfortable with - while eliminating any risk of misunderstanding.

With Susi’s strong values she intends to hire and train only those that follow her example. She is currently hiring staff and will add profiles of cleaners as the team develops further.
